Ferry was raised in Jakarta and Singapore and speaks Mandarin and Indonesian. He has worked at the Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital and West Gippsland Hospital from 1995 to 1998. He has been a staff member of Monash Health since late 2002.
He is committed to providing holistic care and educating patients about prevention. Ferry is also a liver specialist.
